Tuition & Fees

Mother Catherine Academy accepts all children, regardless of religious affiliation.  There is no difference is the tuition rates based on religious affiliation.  MCA strives to stay competitive with tuition rates and to ensure that all families that want a Catholic education are able to get a Catholic education.

There are three categories of tuition: families with a single student, families with two students, and families with three or more students(family tuition).

The Registration Fee is $100.00 for each returning student until March 15, 2025 then $150.00 and $150.00 for any new students and is non-refundable.

The Book and Technology fee is $300.00  per student in grades K-8 and $225.00 per student in Pre-K.  This fee is also non-refundable.

Enrollment/registration and tuition payments are made through TADS.  TADS charges a $50.00 late fee for any balance of $50.00 or more that becomes over five (5) days past due.  Payments returned from the bank will also incur a $50.00 fee.

For any type of payment made to the school; checks that are returned for insufficient funds will incur a $25.00 fee to be paid to the school within five (5) business days.  In addition, check writing privileges may be suspended or revoked.

Payment plans are available for tuition payments through the TADS system.  Contact the school for more information on payment plans.

Tuition rates for new families 2025-2026 school year

• Single Student Tuition - $6,870 per year

• Family Total Two Students Tuition - $13,740 per year
