Mother Catherine Academy opened its doors to 161 students representing 118 families for the 2018-2019 school year today. This is the fourth year as an independent Catholic school serving Southern Maryland. With parent and community support, Mother Catherine Academy has made several improvements throughout the summer months. They have updated the Pre-K playground, installed new security cameras, retiled the bathrooms, and many other odds and ends. Mother Catherine Academy is looking forward to guiding children in their academic and spiritual life so each may live a life of higher purpose.
